  Celebrated singer-songwriter Joe Pug sits down with KFF Volunteer MaryBrett Stringer in her first artist interview and KFF's first virtual Volunteer Highlight.  Learn about Joe's music influences, his take on the music industry, and his latest podcast project "The Working Songwriter".  

   The Working Songwriter is a monthly hour-long conversation with some of today’s best songwriters. Recent guests have included Josh Ritter, Amanda Palmer, Steve Earle, Brandon Flowers, Craig Finn, Ian MacKaye, Shakey Graves, Anais Mitchell and John Paul White.  Now, MaryBrett Stringer turns the table to get Joe's perspective on the ever-evolving music industry and how today's artists are changing how they showcase their labor of love ♥
