Drift, paddle, and soak in a Hill Country afternoon on the Guadalupe River, where music, water, and community come together in true Kerrville fashion.
Each Friday during the Festival, participants are typically invited to spend the afternoon canoeing, picnicking, and relaxing on the river, with time to cool off, connect, and maybe even spark a little riverside song swap. Instruments are welcome, as always!
Important Update for 2026:
Following last summer’s flood, portions of the riverbank and our usual route have changed. Our team will be scouting and evaluating conditions to ensure the trip remains safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Registration will open once we’ve confirmed the route and logistics. Please stay tuned for updates.
Trips traditionally run from noon to 4:00pm, with participants meeting at 11:30am at the Kerrtesy Cart “bus stop” in the center of the main parking lot. Transportation departs promptly at noon.
Space is always limited, and advance registration is recommended once sign-ups become available.
