RV Site Reservation DATES & Priority Policies
Festival RV site reservations are accepted during designated periods each year, with priority given to 18-day reservations.
Guests who held an 18-day RV site reservation for the 2026 Kerrville Folk Festival are granted first right of refusal to reserve the same site for KFF 2026. To retain this priority, full payment must be received by February 15, 2026. This is the final day for payment extensions for 2026.
If we have not heard from you or payment is not received by January 7, 2026, the site will be released and offered to the next eligible guest on the RV waiting list requesting an 18-day reservation.
Requests for RV reservations shorter than 18 days may be added to the RV waiting list at any time. Confirmation of these shorter-stay reservations will begin during the first week of March 2026, subject to availability.

Standby RV Availability
Occasionally, RV guests depart earlier than planned, which can result in RV sites becoming available for a limited number of days during the festival. When this happens, these sites are offered on a standby basis.
Guests who wish to be considered for last-minute RV availability may request placement on the standby RV waiting list. If a site becomes available, the KFFF Office will contact individuals on this list as opportunities arise. Availability may occur before or during the festival, and placement does not guarantee a site.

CAMPGROUND RVs & SLEEPER VEHICLES
Any vehicle or trailer on wheels entering the campground without a paid RV site reservation is required to purchase a Sleeper Vehicle Permit. This applies to any vehicle or trailer used as sleeping accommodation, including RVs, trailers, pop-ups, vans, or trucks with camper shells.
Sleeper Vehicle Permits must be purchased upon arrival at the campground entrance station, known as Mix Master.
Permit pricing is based on vehicle length:
- $40 for axled vehicles or trailers under 18 feet
- $50 for axled vehicles or trailers 18 feet and over
Sleeper Vehicle Permits remain valid as long as the vehicle or trailer stays stationary within the campground. If a vehicle or trailer exits the campground for any reason, a new Sleeper Vehicle Permit is required for each re-entry. Sleeper Vehicle Permits do not include electrical service.
Power, Water & Generator Policy:
- Water access is free
- Generators are not permitted anywhere in the campground
- Several shared areas within the campground provide access to 110V electrical outlets and water spigots
- These areas are not reservable and are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- One exterior extension cord of up to 50 feet may be used for low-amperage devices only.
- Cord splitting and outlet sharing is not permitted
- Electric permits are required for the use of all outlets; standard electric permit rates apply
- All vehicles or trailers using electrical service must be parked within 50 feet of an outlet
- To connect to a water spigot, a splitter must be provided to ensure shared access
