The perfect cup of coffee will always be in the mug of the beholder, but at Radio we believe that coffee should be delicious and sweet- A work of art- not the bitter mess produced by imprecise control of brewing variables, oxidation, and poor attention to detail.
We serve coffee from several roasters including Coava Coffee Roasters (Portland, Ore), Little City (Austin, Tx), Wild Gift (Austin, Tx). These companies source coffees from all over the world, and strive to maintain transparent, quality-based relationships with their farmers along the way. From plant to portafilter, they pay homage to these folks through their own careful attention to detail at every step in the process, from quality control in their cupping labs, to meticulous roasting profiles and extensive barista education.
Jack Wilson, owner of Radio, has graciously donated a year's worth of coffee to Foundation's Virtual Auction. The auction winner will receive 12 "punch tickets" (one for each month) and will be able to redeem a cup of drip coffee every day for a year. Thanks Jack!
